We are a team of three experienced, faith-rooted doulas serving families throughout the greater Seattle area. Whether you’re preparing for your first birth or hoping for a more empowered experience this time around, we exist to come alongside you with unwavering support, wisdom, and calm presence.

We don’t work as solo doulas. When you hire Arise, you’re not just hiring one person—you’re gaining a team. That means:
You’re never left wondering who’s available or how well your backup knows your story.
You receive layered, whole-person support from doulas who trust each other deeply and work in unity.
You gain access to a wealth of combined experience in hospital, home, and birth center births—including VBACs, twins, and first-time labors.
From day one, you’re known, seen, and covered.
How It Works
Working with Arise is simple.
We begin with a free consultation—a no-pressure conversation to learn about your hopes, answer your questions, and share how we walk with families. If it feels like a good fit, you’ll sign a contract and place a deposit to reserve your spot.
Then, support begins right away.
You’ll have open access to our team by text, phone, or email for guidance, referrals, and encouragement throughout your pregnancy. We check in regularly and offer thoughtful, evidence-based education tailored to your birth goals. When labor begins, one of us joins you—but all of us have been part of your journey.

We are doulas who love Jesus and love people. Our care is shaped by compassion, humility, and a deep respect for the sacred design of birth. While we are faith-rooted, we serve families of every background with gentleness and grace.
