Birth Doula Service

    • Two prenatal visits (one in our office and one virtual)

    • Birth and postpartum planning

    • Email and phone support from the time of hire through three months postpartum

    • On-call labor support (including up to two hours postpartum)

    • Relaxation and pain relief techniques and tools such as TENS therapy (transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation) and rebozo shawls

    • Birth photography to document your special day

    • One postpartum visit in your home

    • Breastfeeding support

    • Our FullScript partnership discount—25% off premium prenatal supplements, children’s vitamins, and more

  • A 40% deposit is due at time of hire, with the remaining 60% due at 36 weeks

Full Service Doula Package

    • Everything in our Birth Doula Service

    • Six 4-hour postpartum visits during your first month postpartum. Our postpartum support includes: 

      • One postpartum planning session in your home

      • Routine infant care and support

      • Email and phone support during contract

      • Emotional and physical support during postpartum healing

      • Providing information, resources and referrals as needed

      • Feeding education and support: breast, bottle, pumping

      • Baby related chores, meal preparation, etc.

      • Baby wearing guidance

  • This package is all about giving you the support and rest you deserve during that tender first month with your baby. We’ll be by your side through pregnancy, birth, and those early postpartum days by offering hands-on care and gentle guidance as you settle into life as new parents. From newborn care tips and breastfeeding support to nourishing meals and trusted referrals, we’re here to help your family adjust and truly thrive.

Sign our Letter of Agreement and pay the deposit to secure your due date on our calendar.

Fill out a detailed intake form with personal, pregnancy, and provider information so we know how best to support you.
